When Panda arrived it smelt of cigarette smoke, very yellow where it should have been white (not in photos or description).
After washing, the smell went but it stayed yellow, so it was binned as it was a gift for my 4yr old Grandson.
I considered what to do for a few weeks as I don't like to be negative... so, I contacted the seller who was extremely gracious and immediately & unexpectedly issued a refund! Excellent Customer Service, you couldn't ask for more.
I'd use again and recommend ✅
