    It's Ok

    Mainly got it as tripod and for that purpose it's extension height is only a couple of feet but the main disadvantage of it is the phone holder is only designed for horizontal (landscape) set up not verticle (portrait) the latter is what I use most in selfies so have to hold in place with elastic bands.
