    I still haven't received the product that was ordered on August 20th. I reached out to building marketing angrily and the rep I exchanged emails with was no help at all. First I was told that the product had come back to them undeliveredand that it was usps fault and my order would ne canceled and my money refunded. Then I was told that it was the wrong order they were looking at and that my order would get here eventually. No refund and no cancelation. I will never order from them again.
