The product was initially ordered on New Year’s Day but, by no fault of the seller, was delayed and left in USPS purgatory until just recently. Its finally made it to me some 20 days after purchasing. The seller was very cooperative and responsive with my inquiries in that time and provided tracking, pictures and information on the product when requested. The product arrived as shown with a bit extra tear but I can live with it. Ultimately I’m pleased. Pleasure doing business with you.
