HAVING NOW TESTED THESE PIECES, THEY ARE DEFINATELY NOT EXCELLENT CONDITION!

Re your follow-up. That is absolute nonsense. None of the track were bent, they were examined, cleaned and missing or damaged rail joiners replaced immediately prior to packing. There is no reason for track not to work other than joiners not fitting tightly. These were pre-owned tracks so it may be necessary to tighten joiners to create good electrical connection. I recall packing this order last week and the tracks were indeed in excellent condition.
