I needed to return 2 of them, and the seller demanded a £40 return fee, which is unreasonable and was never made clear upfront. Despite raising the issue, eBay did nothing to support me as a buyer. It feels like customer rights are not protected, and sellers can set unfair return terms without accountability. Very disappointed in the lack of buyer protection
