Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised, easy to use and REASONABLY priced compared to big names. my house is mostly hard wood with one carpeted room and so far am happy with the performance. OK, you still have the restriction of the cord but it's so light and powerful for its size......so all in all highly recommended.

Excellent value and good power
Excellent quality for the price. I think it was £33 as a refurb (although frankly I think my one was brand new and only the box had been opened). The suction on the machine is great. Far better than the previous model I had. It's fairly light and easy to manoeuvre. The one shortcoming - and others have mentioned this - is that the cable should be longer. At 5 metres, it is sufficient for each room in a small flat but has to be unplugged if you want to do the whole home in one go. It's not ideal. I did read elsewhere that it was fiddly to empty. I've not found that at all. You just open the bottom and everything falls out.Excellent quality for the price. Better cleaning.
Previously I had been using a well known brand cordless cleaner which was very good but the floor cleaner head broke and it would have been very expensive to replace. I bought this model for less than it would have cost to replace the head on my old cleaner and it doesn't have to be recharged. Win win situation because it has more suction too.

Very good but could do better on the length of cord
It a very good hoover but the lead on it is on the short side and is not long enough to hoover the stairs in one go you have to unplug then plug in again to finish them.
