Item didn’t arrive after a week took out case with EBay then out of the blue a refund was issued 6 days later without any contact from seller polite or otherwise very poor service be on your guard.

Not sure what the buyer wanted, we did not know it had not arrived until the buyer took out a case against us, they did not tell us the item had not arrived whereby we could have sorted something. When a buyer opens a case we have little choice but to refund. The original item was despatched by ourselves on 26th October, we cannot be responsible if Royal Mail fails to deliver. I do not expect the buyer will inform us if the item does turn up, they will just accept a free item!!

When you enter item didn’t arrive eBay open a case automatically and give seller 7 days to reply which you didn’t and has a honest person I would inform you if the item arrived but I don’t think the item was sent please be responsible for your actions not the customer.
