      This seller advertised a new Octominer x12 unit and sent us a used unit with damaged power supplies. Once we brought this to his/her attention he refused to take the return. We have reported him/her to eBay fraud.

      Your feedback suggests you received a used Octominer unit. However, I assure you the unit sent was new. The images you shared as proof of damage appear inconsistent with the actual items shipped. Also, discrepancies in the timestamps of said images raise questions about their authenticity.It is important to me that such allegations are thoroughly examined, and I have reported this matter to eBay for investigation. I trust that it will be resolved appropriately through eBay's dispute process.
