Buyer seems to be a Liar. Falsely claimed / stated that the item was damaged. Also, it is completely normal that the 'used' item has some scratches.
Buyer has been refunded and I paid return postage. What was so negative in it?
I believe the return has been handled up to the eBay standards and there is not much more what could trigger such false, negative feedback.
