Ordered 4 bags of compost, received 3.seller kept messing me about with no replacement of missing item or refund of missing item. Terrible customer service, had to open a case via ebay. Company should be banned from selling on here. Please order from elsewhere so you don't get ripped off.

Easy transaction, seller sent item quickly but was a delay from delivery company. Finally managed to use item today as weather has been appalling, when I opened the box the liquid was laying down, no secure packaging to stop movement, the measure cup was smashed and no gloves. The box is very deep so could easily have been padded out as delivery drivers are not that careful. I had to get own gloves and measure cup to use.
