If I wanted to cancel and get a refund, they understood. I took my chances and proceeded anyways. They fixed it as soon as they got it, sent me a video and shipped it back same day. Great communication & service. I can now read the oven temp on both again! Before & after pics attached.

The as also specifies that if repair is not possible, a $35 service fee plus $25 return shipping applies. By purchasing the service, you agreed to those terms. I even offered additional assistance with data recovery beyond what was required. Despite this, you chose to leave negative feedback. It unfairly damages my reputation and misrepresent situation.
