    Tiffen polarizer good filter

    Decades of use by the movie and tv business prove the Tiffen products to be of high quality. Excellent made in USA items. Polarizer is very good at cutting glare to intensify the colors without having to do extensive post-processing. I sometimes leave it on for days at a time. The polarizer can also be helpful in increasing exposure time necessary for making the silky water effects so popular. Price is good as well , a bit more expensive than the cheap off brand imports, but not as expensive as the German-made filters. I doubt if anyone can really tell the difference in the results with a Tiffen and on of the more expensive brands. Excellent item.
