Seller sent us the wrong playhouse (GBP200+ price difference - cheaper than the one we purchased!). The playhouse comes flat packed - in other words, until you assemble it, you dont know it is the wrong item as the instructions are hidden between the various heavy walls. While they admit they sent us the wrong item, they want us to disassemble this playhouse in order to refund us... Disgraceful! We paid a builder to put this playhouse together...!!

I ordered this and gave it 5 working days to appear. It hadn’t even been dispatched.I contacted seller I was told it would be the following week. They asked if I wanted to cancel I said no but they may wish to make their delivery times clear. Order cancelled and I had to start again. No great service and delivery is not accurate
