Item did not arrive by due date. When I contacted seller they assured me it had been posted and were willing to refund me until I received it. I said I would hang on a few more days and it did arrive in that time. All in all a positive experience and I would use the seller again. There are bound to be occasional issues with post but seller was extremely reasonable
