    A slight error with the item in the package mislabeled as a king sham, when it was actually a European sham, but the seller remedied the issue promptly and politely. unfortunately, the item was shipped through the US Postal Service, which added multiple days to the delivery because of the male carriers ineptness. I do not blame this on the seller, but would caution anyone that may want their package in a timely manner to discuss shipment via a different carrier. Again, not the sellers fault.
