Removing it from a lens and the plastic started to crumble. The rim that you turn to attach to the FD mount (like and FL lens would) was snapping under the pressure of being attached to the camera. So i removed the lens and adapter from the camera with the intention of removing the adapter. But now when I try to remove it, it cuts my hand as the sharp metal is exposed. Its now stuck on my lens…
