took longer than id have expected to arrive and no tracking number id got this for my mum as i liked all the features on it espescilay the lift down handle to help get up from seated. i think it is lighter weight than i imagined it would be, and my mum is not mad on using it. I liked the idea of the rubber foot and if you drop the stick you can get it to stand up again by treading on the foot as id seen in a video however this seemed more dangerous in practice and didnt entirely work
