All of our items are brand new and genuine items that will carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.

You should always register a product where it has a warranty as soon as you recieve it.

Food and household items are non returnable, please contact us if your item arrives damaged on receipt so we can send a replacement.

All goods must be inspected upon receipt you have the right to refuse damaged items from the couriers if this happens please sign as damaged and returned and please report any damage to us within 48 hours.

Please make sure you enclose your item in the original packaging and your original receipt should be inside the parcel. Our couriers will bring with them a label for your package and we will notify you if anything else needs to be done before returning an item.

To set up a return, the buyer should contact us within 14 days of receiving your item DO NOT use eBay returns.

Your refund is given as Money Back via PayPal and takes 7-14 working days.

DELIVERY We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays), following cleared payment, sooner whenever possible. We use Standard shipping – this means UPS, FedEx, DHL, Hermes, Royal mail or another common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number, where applicable, when products are shipped. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the dispatch day.

Once dispatched we have no control over the length of delivery time, dates shown on the site are estimates only, so please be patient. Royal Mail in particular will not accept any claims for 15 Days after posting, but we will endeavour to do what we can.

We will deliver to a PayPal confirmed address only. Should you wish to deliver to an alternative address this must be added to Paypal and confirmed prior to ordering. In order to fulfill your order as faster as possible and to keep a good stock, we work with different suppliers. However, on certain occasions some products may be unavailable.
