Positive in as much as it was a smooth transaction; it was packaged well; it was delivered within estimated date and I received exactly what I ordered. Seller was great. Product was not great. I believed the hype of Revlon saying this was a smooth to apply eyeliner pencil, etc., etc. In fact it is no better than any other cheaper pencil I have bought. As you use it, flakes of the actual pencil drop off and land on your face. I would not recommend this eyeliner pencil. No fault of Seller.
