    Repairman who I work with asked what error message was and he told me he won't be able to fix it. This seller asked the same question and said that he will need to see it, I sent it, this seller didn't fix it. I lost $60 plus my shipping $20. Total $80.00 wasted.

    I explicitly stated that repair is not guaranteed and depends on the version of the device. The as also specifies that if repair is not possible, a $35 service fee plus $25 return shipping applies. By purchasing the service, you agreed to those terms. I even offered additional assistance with data recovery beyond what was required. Despite this, you chose to leave negative feedback. It unfairly damages my reputation and misrepresent situation.

    This is a repair service and not just a swap out for something already fixed. I purchased the repair service, shipped the item to the seller and got a lightning fast turn around and shipped back to me. It took me a couple weeks to be able to re install my item but once I did it worked perfectly again. A repair was the only solution due to the age of my item and not being able to get a new replacement. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended and will definitely do business with again if needed!
