Very slow to ship. Ordered on the 9th. I contacted seller on the 12th to ask about shipping confirmation and never received a response but they finally printed a shipping label on the 13th. Then 3 days later on the 16th, they took it to the post office. Delivered on the 20th. All documented and time stamped. Product was as described. If you need something quick or an inquiry response, this might not be the seller for you.
