This was a Great Service, I would recommend!
The faulty part was removed from our Tiguan first thing Monday morning, and I put in the post, for the recommended special delivery to Crewe. The package was delivered by 10am on Tuesday and repaired the same day! Shocked at 6pm, I discovered my car part was back in return post! By noon on Wednesday I had the repaired part in my hand and was on route to my mechanic, we collected the car at 4pm, all issues resolved, no more flashing lights on the dash!
