Unfortunately the item was slightly damaged but this must have happened before packaging and shipment. There was no mention of the damage in the description which is a shame. This damage unfortunately means that only 3 of the bays are usable as the case is dented slightly to prevent the 4th drive being inserted. The seller refunded part of the purchase price which I'm happy with overall.
