    It really does give you a boost of alertness without having to drink more than what is necessary to take the tablet. In such a convenient, transportable form it fits my life perfectly. When I take one, in about 30 minutes the tiredness has gone and it lasts a good number of hours. I would definitely recommend. Especially for those who are not big coffee drinkers.
