My only disappointment was the delivery service who messed up the delivery service by first telling me that they attempted to deliver my item and I was not hear which I may add was not true . That is when I email the seller saying how unhappy i was . Next day I got a message saying that there was going to deliver it that day . I got a message saying it has been delivered. I Looked to see and it was not.not to my house but the next doors.

    defeated by any grass and undergrowth over a certain thickness.!!!

    light and easy to use however the strimmer cord, both spool and ( huh!) 'heavy duty' line broke and ran out on the very first use! all of it !! . the plastic cord was correctly fitted but it only just managed to cut reasonably short grass any brush or brambles soon defeated the incredibly thin and weak plastic strips. I cannot use the strimmer until replacement wire is delivered....and although ordered a little while ago I am still waiting for it.

    Edging capability

    I bought this with edging lawns in mind, it’s not that easy to use in edging mode and as such I didn’t get a great result when I used it. I’m hoping I ‘get the knack’ with further use but it’s certainly not as easy to use as my last machine.
