Packaging great , thank you. Unfortunately only one has hatched but it might be my fault 74 year old brain. I did all you said but as I haven't got a fish tank I had the bowl on a heat mat at night and heat light during the day. Could this be the reason why only one little fish made it? What could I have done differently to save more of the lovely little fish?. Hopefully my little one will survive and when he is out into my micro pond and I know what I did wrong, I will order some more 🤞

seemingly poor quality rice fish eggs recieved were all stuck together on what looked like fibres of a spawn mop , few eggs fluffly white on arrival. test tube stunk of ammonia but tried my best to save the rest. despite raising other eggs fine these were beyond saving it seems and all went white eventually , no fry.

we looked at the tracking and saw that the package was unfortunately delayed and perished whilst in the post we paid for next day delivery but sometimes these things happen we refunded you in full and you left negative feedback before raising an issue
