Only 2/3 of my package arrived - so assuming that the seller actually sent 3 items it seems that one went missing in transit. The seller was away for several days but they finally got back to me saying that I would need to send a photograph of the packaging in order for them to identify the problem. I did not have the packaging, so they did not offer to refund or replace the missing item. Not very good customer service in my opinion and I will avoid this seller in future.
