    great immune boost

    I use this to boost my boys (3 under 10) or my immune system when a cold/sickness can't be shifted. Works within just a couple of days. It a larger capsule so not really an option for them to swallow and tastes like 'greens' powder, so I open the capsule mix it into a yogurt. Works perfectly.

    Everything is fine except the fact that the capsule itself is made from unhealthy material.Because of it,I am opening every capsule and pouring the powder into food. Otherwise it's okay.
