I love it, I wish I'd bought two (one for each arm) Coz it's wireless I can wear it while I'm doing stuff instead of being restricted to a 2 or 3 foot distance, a little tricky to put on but once it's on it stays in place really well, I do find trying to change settings a little hard at times coz I can't see the control very well, but that's easily solved with a mirror. Seriously though it's amazing, wish I knew about these when I used to do MMA lol
