Took 8 days from purchase to dispatch been sent second class yet cost £8.99 postage had to message twice to find out when it would be dispatched
The advert said £25 or best offer I offered £20 it was declined so I paid full price
Why put best offer if not prepared to accept offer
Reason for delay In dispatch was lack of packaging 8 days to get packaging before dispatch
I was told it would be dispatched on Saturday but wasn’t dispatched until Monday

Beware, this seller is not to be trusted!
She overcharged for postage, the items arrived very late and 2 of the 6 items were damaged.
They had numerous splits/holes, which can be seen in the images attached. This damage was not shown in any of her photographs, or mentioned when I asked specifically about their condition, prior to purchase.
Having contacted her, she was very dismissive, didn't answer any questions or acknowledge the damage & refused to give any discount towards repairs.

This buyer has left inaccurate and unkind feedback and we are currently awaiting eBay to remove this unjustified negative. It is important to clarify that this buyer was given a discount prior to purchase and was also made fully aware of imperfections to antique items prior to purchase and was not overcharged postage which was clearly stated on listings. After receiving goods he demanded a substantial refund which was not granted nor would he agree to return items for a full refund.

The item purchased was listed for Collection ONLY, no postage options were applied because of the size. It is unfair to leave negative feedback when we have been awaiting for this item to be collected.
