Load of rubbish, boxes arrived folded in half in a postage bag , if I had wanted a load of folded cardboard I would of made the boxes myself, messaged seller before leaving this feedback and no reply

AVOID, Awful seller!! Lied about sending the box I ordered on the 23rd March saying it was sent on the 25th. Used a fake Hermes/Evri code for tracking. I mentioned I needed the box for an item I’ve sold to send on. NO RESPONSE which is rude and bad customer service when you’re running a business. After viewing other bad reviews (of which funnily enough the seller responds to, to try and back track & blaming the customer) I’m expecting a reply with some bs story.

We may fold some boxes to save on courier costs; this means we can reduce the price for our customers to provide quality boxes at competitive prices. This doesn't affect the integrity once made up. Please note that the images the buyer has attached with the tears is of the external packaging we use to protect the product. The hole is very small (compare to the hand holes) & only punctures one side of the double wall cardboard. This is superficial & the box is still more than fit for purpose.
