I cannot recommend this product highly enough. My Spaniel came out of kennels with his long feathers on his tail completely matted. I have tried several products but nothing worked, I thought I would have have his tail shaved. As a last resort I ordered this magic formula De-Matt balsam and managed to comb all the knots out . Excellent product would definitely buy again and will recommend to all my friends.
