Completely untrustworthy. Falsely advertised, was a week late in responding to my order, lied by saying that this was because "his" driver was unable to contact me; in reality he ordered the item from B&Q to my address a week late and gave them his own contact info, and also overcharged me for it. When I contacted him about it he wasted another week of my time by not responding until I escalated to Ebay.
