I'd like to commend this dealer for their great service. I received an empty package with no bite registration in it. Once I sent a picture of the empty package, the seller did not hesitate to send me a replacement. It wasn't required and they could have blamed it on porch pirates, however they went out of their way to send me another set. This gesture has made me a loyal customer.
