The item arrived within the estimated time frame. Unfortunately there had been a packing error and not all the parts arrived. I contacted the company who were very accommodating. They immediately refunded my costs and offered to resend the item. Mistakes are made I understand that. It’s how a company then reacts to the mistake that shows whether they are a good company to deal with or not. I consider this a very good company to deal with due to the way they conducted themselves.
