It seems like a good buy, bought specifically for use with my small campervan as it has a much smaller footprint than my everyday scooter. However, it's not as lightweight as the advert blurb would lead you to believe. Even though the lithium battery is very slim and light, (battery weight was one of the issues with the other scooter, which I can break down into 4 sections, but the battery alone is very heavy) I find it difficult to lift into my van alone. I am otherwise pleased with it.

Item as described but the customer service and communication is almost non existent. Slight issue with shipment but was resolved and item arrived on time. Still not sure what to do with an unexpected 2nd battery which was supplied. It doesn’t fit or charge with the supplied charger so is useless to me. Have been told that it will be picked up but so far no response. I’m not going to pay to send it back.
