I received 2 brand new mugs as listed. 1 mug didn’t survive shipping arriving broken. I contacted the seller who immediately emailed me back. I was told they would send 1 mug to replace the broken one due to the small box. The seller blamed themselves on the small box & sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived all in one piece.
