Good afternoon, I am sorry you were not happy with the delivery service, We offer delivery throughout the UK and therefore send our items out with a national pallet company, all pallet companies are not insured to step foot into your premises.
It states on our listing that deliveries are kerb side only. We are unaware of any issues our side so if this is due to your mobile or the eBay app we would need to look into it.

Avoid buying from these people, I have paid £1,300.00 for a blueseal oven G470 described in here as used item and full working condition, when we put the item to work it never worked, I contacted them and the only answer was our items are fully tested before sold, clearly this one it wasn’t, shame on you that you’re trying to sell items that aren’t functional, I am going to contact eBay and report you as a full scam.

As previously discussed, by law you need to have all gas equipment installed by a Gas Safe Qualified engineer. As you confirmed this was not installed legally and no installation report produced, my hands are tied. We are a reputable company and obviously not a scam. All our equipment is tested by fully qualified engineers before it leaves our warehouse. We have been selling quality commercial catering equipment for over 20 years.
