For some reason, unbeknown to me, this item had to be resent. The second consignment was sent via Parcel Force 24 hour service and was delivered ontime. The original, sent Royal Mail 2nd class, probably got damaged. The lateness of the delivery was obviously beyond their control. The product is of excellent quality and the customer service to retrieve the situation, that had arisen, was also excellent. An email advising about the problem would have been good. Still a 1st class seller though!
