You have the right of withdrawal, a 30 days cool down period. You can return a product within 30 days when unused and being uninstalled using your right of withdrawal.

The client is fully responsible for the return of the product and the accompanying costs in the case of withdrawal. Refunds are only made after receiving back the product and technical examination.

All products are tested and sold functional. We aim to produce our remanufactured products like new, but the products sold as remanufactured are at is basis still used parts, and slight signs of wear are always possible. Our products contain electronics and hydraulics and are sensitive for correct installation, are to be assembled by a trained technician specialized in these system having all the necessary tools. Therefore our products can't be returned in any case after assembly, installation or usage of any kind.

Tampering or opening products will void any return option. Electronic parts can't be returned in any case, these include coil packs, parts for hybrid, modules, inverters, etc.

We assume no responsibility for any other expenses of any kind. Products sold on a special order (not from stock) or with discount cannot be returned.

Purchased a shock absorber for about £300 and also paid for postage £47.00. At the time they posted the item they have signed the import duties and taxes on me aswell which fedex confirmed over the phone. Nowhere in their description do they mention hidden fees and import taxes applicable, when I approached them they tried to find excuses and close the topic. Very disappointed of the service, please note with every purchase make sure wether their are hidden fees !!!!

As with every order you make; If you place an order from outside the EU you should indeed take import costs into account. Leider ist dieser Kunde ein Betrüger und gut mit Photoshop. Er hat auch unsere Ware gestohlen und Stornierung der geleisteten Zahlung gemacht. Gerichtsverfahren mit der Klage war gestartet.
