Payment
 
You are expected to pay all sums due at point of purchase. Any goods not paid for will not be dispatched and stock will not be allocated until payment is received.
 
Deliveries:
Delivery will be by method of our choice, usually courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for many deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them.
You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged.
It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.
We aim to despatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer.
If we are unable to despatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of despatch.
All our courier delivery services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses in the Channel Islands or outside the UK (addresses outside the UK includes BFPO).
 
Damages and shortages:
If the goods delivered to you are damaged or short, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may then arrange for the goods to be collected or we may ask you to return the goods (initially at your cost). Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of reasonable return carriage. If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
 
Please notify shortages on receipt.
 
These notes do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Return Policy
 
If you wish to cancel your purchase then please confirm this by sending an email within 8 working days from receipt of the goods to returns@caravanstuff4u.co.uk. A full refund of all monies paid will be made within 30 days.
 
Please return the goods together with all packaging within 10 days of canceling your purchase. The cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility unless the goods were damaged on arrival or not as described.
 
None of the above affects your statutory rights.

    Good value for money product

    Was looking for bag to store misc parts of my air tent - pump, pegs etc, really wanted a much smaller bag so cut this one in half to make two and resticked it. Two good strong bags for the price of one job done!

    Good Value

    Ideal for the job except that it is lightweight and may not stand the test of time. However, at this very reasonable price you get what you pay for and it does the job. As a not very regular user I am very happy with this item.

    Does the job perfectly, but not suitable for very heavy stuff

    This is a perfectly well made bag, and is perfect for our needs (for storing a garden cloche). However I suspect it would not support a significant load. That doesn't mean its put together badly, it just that the material is thinner than most chunky tent bags I've had before and I can see filling it to capacity would never be supported. It's still worth the money and will do us just fine, but if your looking for storing some big heavy poles I'd suggest paying a bit more for something more hard wearing.
