    The seller contacted USPS for me and refunded the blanket. Thanks for going above and beyond to correct them problem. It was not the sellers fault it was the post offices. The post office lost my package.

    Order was shipped promptly. USPS tracking 9400108105464461989889 shows the post office lost the package. Buyer left feedback without giving us a chance to resolve the issue, even though the post office losing a package isn't our fault. Buyer has the ability themselves to file a claim with USPS as package is insured, but we will take our time to file the claim so a full refund can be issued. We always make sure buyers receive their order or a full refund.

    I have been looking for this bear for 21 years!! This was my teddy growing up and someone threw it out. I was able to remember the melody from the song it played and utilized a technology app to figure the song out. I got the name of the song, along with the description I FINALLY found it!! The seller was quick and I received this 4 days after I purchased. As described and great experience! I do wish I could get the song to play again but I am just glad to have found it. Made by month!!
