Purchased a shock absorber for about £300 and also paid for postage £47.00. At the time they posted the item they have signed the import duties and taxes on me aswell which fedex confirmed over the phone. Nowhere in their description do they mention hidden fees and import taxes applicable, when I approached them they tried to find excuses and close the topic. Very disappointed of the service, please note with every purchase make sure wether their are hidden fees !!!!

As with every order you make; If you place an order from outside the EU you should indeed take import costs into account. That is your own responsibility as a buyer.If you want to make a big deal because of this small amount of import fee, it's best to find another shop for your parts.Wie bei jeder Bestellung, die Sie aufgeben; Wenn Sie eine Bestellung von außerhalb der EU, aufgeben, müssen Sie tatsächlich die Einfuhrkosten berücksichtigen. Leider ist dieser Kunde ein Betrüger und gut mit Photoshop. Er hat auch unsere Ware gestohlen und Stornierung der geleisteten Zahlung gemacht. Gerichtsverfahren mit der Klage war gestartet.
