    Ordered and paid marked as despatched had a week off for delivery did not arrive contacted seller and was told bespoke not made yet another week so lied saying despatched and even when contacted lied again asked twice for a refund still not received if they are bespoke the simple answer would be upon payment tell the buyer they need a week to make do not report as despatched

    Really like my piece of oak. Solid,dry, attractive and is what I asked for. Only let down was delivery. Original estimates were for 3 to 5 days. This was 7 when the order went through, which was a shame because we needed it to progress with other work on the house, but I thought ok no problem. Another 2 days after the estimated date it still hadn't arrived so I got in touch. Seller got back to me next day which was good but advised item was going to be about another 4 days. Came today, all good.
