Reliable results, I like the flat pack
St John's Wort is my fall back remedy for those times when I find it difficult to cope. I'm normally a positive, active person, but sometimes I get a sudden depression descend on me and it basically stops me from functioning. Just a few days of taking these capsules once daily helps me get through those periods and function better until I come out the other side. I have tried many different St John's Wort capsules. I like this particular brand because they are very high strength, they work, they are good value for money, and the letter-box friendly flat pack ensures they get delivered without me having to worry about being home to receive them. They are also more easy to store - standing it up on the base allows the pack to be slotted in between other items in my cupboard. It takes up a ... The item is posted through your letter box due to it being a slim plastic container, lid easy to take off. The capsule is a vegetarian based container but has a plastic taste and I find hard to take. I prefer to split the capsule ( made that way) and mix the contents in my tea. I take 3 capsules at 600g each per day but I need to ensure that I have no plans to drive or intend to take part in a full on conversation - they make me sooooo relaxed. After just one week I am sleeping 7-8 hours per night. From having lack of energy and loss of my bubbly personality I am back to my old self. I have ordered my next batch. Although I sing the praise of this herb I must stress the importance of doing your research, St JW has side effects and will not suit everybody. Before I ordered I spoke to my ... After suffering with a reactive depression anxiety condition, as a result of splitting with my fiance and having to move house, falling and knocking myself out ending up in hospital, pranging my van, ID theft with my details being used in money laundering, money problems, my arthritic condition getting very bad, I was beginning to think the whole World was against me!! Already on antidepressants yet still struggling I decided to take this and with almost immediate effect my anxiety levels diminished to 0-1/10 and my general energy levels and mood improving markedly!
