Excellent for storage and cutting down on setup times
It's very helpful, I enjoy Gloomhaven but I was getting frustrated with the setup time for every adventure. Thankfully, this helps make that much easier with a excellent storage. I won't say it's perfect but I think a lot of that's down to the edition of Gloomhaven you have. I have fifth while I've seen videos of people with earlier edition where everything fits much more snuggly. But I could still squeeze it all in, even if the fit isn't perfect and it definitely help organising and storing everything. It was also very simple to make, all you need is decent glue, which I bought for £1. Not great…..
I bought one of these, spent quite a while assembling using good impact glue only to find the collection of boxes and trays a bit bulky and clumsy. It’s also a real puzzle trying to get all the holders back into the Gloomhaven box! The monster trays are not good, you have to squeeze the sets of standees into each slot which risks damaging (peeling off) the paper printed layer on the standee. I sold mine, downloaded ‘Gloomhaven helper’ from the App Store, ditched all the unnecessary components and now just keep the pieces I need in a plastic compartmented box. Set up and tear down are much quicker. For what this set is (pre cut foam) it’s also quite expensive.
