I ordered 2, Got the masks quickly, looked brand new. One is a gift and I'm using one. Worked well so far. Got it about a week ago so don't notice results yet. It's not very bright and I've read reviews that this isn't the best mask there is...will often quit working in a few months but the price was right to give it a try. It's not the most comfortable but what mask is comfortable? I would order from this seller again

It arrived on time and was boxed well. I was pleased to see that it was brand new and in the original packaging. I did turn it on and it seems to function properly. I can’t speak to its usefulness yet. But I certainly am very happy about the price as I saved $150 by trying eBay!

Everything seems to work fine, the only thing I will say is that the paper seal/sleeve around the box seems to be a printed scan and not an original. This makes me concerned whether or not this in fact is new as mentioned in the add.
