The mount arrived within 48 hours of ordering and was safely packaged with a piece of wood and shrink wrap to protect it. I messaged my enquiry and the seller was very helpful in ensuring that I got precisely the right mount - I wanted it to fit a specific frame and have two offset holes in it to show off two pieces of embroidery. I chose primrose rather than white and it is really effective at bringing out the colours on the embroidery. I’m delighted with the mount and grateful for their help
