Parts were in good condition, great quality for the value, everything was clean and had no rust. l The install went incredibly smoothly, aside from the fact that one of the clamp bolts got lost in transit, as there were holes in both the hardware bag and the box. Not really fault of the product but I was lucky to have a spare bolt.

I will start off by saying ultimately the product did not work as intended, and the quality was not very good. But I worked with the seller and they agreed to return the item. I also contacted eBay about the situation and provided photos and eBay agreed to pay for the shipping back, which it’s a little weird that I had to make that argument, but whatever. The piece was not good, but the seller did right.
